Tenth grader Dawadi receives partial academic payment

KATHMANDU, Jan 5: Like previous years, Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC) has donated cash worth Rs. 20,000 in the name of Anisha Dawadi.

Anisha Dawadi, student of Oxford English Secondary School, Damak-3, Jhapa has received the allocated amount for the academic year 2076. It is a partial payment for her academics that has been paid for the last six years by PNCC.

Dawadi's father Kamal Dawadi went to Malaysia in pursuit of foreign employment some 14 years ago however, he has not contacted his family from the day of his departure.
